We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. Our preferred dress code is cocktail attire.
We suggest a suit or a dress shirt with a tie, dresses or dressy separates. Note that flats or wedge heels are best for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn.
What food will be served at the wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet sit-down dinner with chicken and beef. In your RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions as there will be gluten-free/nut-free/vegetarian/vegan options available. We will also be providing a kid's meal for children under 10. Expect other snacks throughout the night!
I don't see many gifts on your registry, why is that?
It is so nice of you to want to give a gift! Ian and Lacey moved in together last year, and while unpacking they found they had doubles of nearly everything and had to downsize. : ) At this point they feel like they have all of the important household necessities and look forward to investing in an unforgettable honeymoon exploring Egypt and Jordan in Fall 2025.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Short answer: yes! During the ceremony we'll ask everyone to silence their phones and refrain from taking photos or video as we'll have a professional photographer on site and want to make sure he can capture images easily. However, our officiant will tell you when you can take photos and we encourage lots of snapshots during the reception!
I have more questions about your wedding—who can I contact?
Please reach out to Ian or Lacey if you have any questions about the wedding or have any trouble with RSVPing online.
